Hey i was finishing up with my water pump swap last night and i couldnt help but notice actually how easy it would be to change the exhaust manifolds and up pipes on these trucks when you take the wheel well out lol. Once you take it out you have direct access to them like a straight shot with no problems.

The point being that if anyone needs help with their manifold or up pipe swap or anything else for that matter and your in and or around Tucson AZ i will be more than glad to help :thumb:.

Manifolds are easy, the up pipes are a little more of a challenge. Read up on their removal. The bolts at the top of the up pipes can cause some head ache. PM if you need ideas. Will have a write-up on the install of RIcks headers. Going through the arm wrestling match as I write. It seems each of one of use has a unique way of removing the bolts.:hello:

Kevin ill have your tools with me ti give to you on the 24th you gonna be there? I think i read somewhere on here that your not gonna be able to make it, if so ill give them to Brian. Thanks again for lettin me borrow them. Ill be more than glad to help ya with your turbo swap if you need in in return :Handshake:.

Steve is it tools that you need to get the valve off or is it just tight? I have a dead blow hammer we can tap on a wrench while using your bench vise(being careful of course) and see if that works just let me know and i will bring it and anything else you might need if i have it. If anything at all we can definatly give it a shot to get it loose.
