What all is involved in deleteing the EGR system from my truck? How extensive is it? Is it hard to tune that in with EFI live? What are the advantages of it over blocking the EGR? Just the extra weight?

I think all can say on here im the most anal on weight savings.
as far as deleting it you will need a federal emissions LB7 passenger up pipe.
It's not hard to tune for efi, gimme a minute and i'll look it up on mine.

When i pulled off my intake to tap my methanol nozzels, there was about 1/8" of soot inside the tube, it was bad.

We dont have emissions here.. do I still need that special up pipe? or will the RDL up pipes work for my LBZ without an EGR system since emissions dont matter.. ?

Rick can answer that, but it would be cheaper to go with the lb7 pipe if your just looking to delete the egr and nothing more.

Found it in my race tune.

B1503 set to 158.0
B1504 set to -17.8
B1520 set to 148.0
B1521 set to 148.0
B1522 set to 148.9
B1523 set to 148.9

Edit this is in C*, you need to fix for imperial, under edit>configure display units> all> imperial then OK
