i got a stupid question

hey guys i was getting ready to change the coolant in my lbz we did my buddies lb7 and there was the little drail on the bottom of the rad and when i went to do mine there is no drain so my question is on the lbz did they move it or do i gota pull the bottom rad hose to do it??? thanx for any help

No question is stupid bud ;), chances are if there is no drain plug/petcock on the bottom of your radiator you would have to pull te bottom hose but i own an LLY.

Brian(hondarider) could tell you better than i could though.

I thought the drain was on the backside pass side of the radiator?

If you got time for 4 + gallons to drain outta a little hole keep looking brother:)

Take off the bottom cover and remove the lower radiator hose it'll be done in short order. IIRC you'll need a pair of pliers cause its got the mean spring clamp. The bleed screw is next to the thermostat.

IIRC, carhauler found and confirmed that they did indeed do away with the drain. :(

thats what i thought thanx guys cuz its allways been on the passenger back side of every chevy i have seen wonder why they did away with it o well thanks guys for the help :thumb:
