Blocker plate

Hey guys,
I am looking for a blocker plate. I checked kennedy's site, and I see he offers a package deal. I just need a blocker plate because i am expecting a PPE tuner any day now, and I can turn the EGR off with that.

Any place that sells just a plate, or any ideas on a DYI?

i have an LLY and i have been thinking of doing this mod for a while but i want the plate with the finger slot at the top for easy install/removal. so x2 on the request of info.
