It all started with a light haze that smelled like diesel coming from the exaust. Then a week ago I had a couple injectors fail so we get a brand new set of injectors and the diesel smell is gone but it is smoking a lot more now with nothing coming out the oil fill like when I melted the pistons. All the balance rates look great and ran a compression check today and they were all close to the same.Coolant level hasn't changed in 10 months.Plan on bringing it to a buddys shop monday but is there anything else that I should be checking?Any advice is appriciated.

Turbo oil seals?

How could I check them?I know it may sound dumb but do I just remove the intake and exaust and what do I look for?

Usually bad seals on the turbo happen at the same time the bearings go bad. Check the play in your turbo shaft.

I also see on another forum where you said you had the EGR deleted. How did you do that and do you have the pcv rerouted also?

First I had to get a lb7 up pipe non emission, then removed the cooler and rerouted the coolant lines and just cut a piece of 1/4 steel for a plate on the egr motor housing. As far as the PVC I haven't done anything with it yet.

Tried bypassing the oil supply to the charger all together and let it run for a while but still smoked.Decided to pull the motor and tear it down again.Pulled the heads and pistons last night.Pistons and rings look fineNothing visibly wrong withe the heads but will bring to the machine shop tommorow to have checked.Hope to find something soon and get it back together.

There would have been oil buildup in the intercooler and hoses if the turbo was the issue. Did you see any when you took it apart?

Ther was a little oil in the intercooler lines but I did disconnect it from the intake and ran it for awhile and it still smoked.:(

Heads checked out good, and after showing the pistons and rings to machinist he said that must have glazed over cylinders and the rings wasn't sealing off properly. Now I plan on getting some new rings and honing the cylinders.Hopefully this fixes everything.
