1058 no more?

racinmike77 mentioned in another thread that you can't get the 1058 anymore... Is this true? What's going on with it?

I didn't want to hijack the other thread, but I'm curious to know about the 1058.

I knew that the last of the 1057s were gone, but had not heard this about the 1058.

Well, I put a 1058 in my truck 2 weeks ago....

That said, I caught a post from Mike L. somewhere in the last day or so, that indicated that the 58 and 54(?) were so close in specs that he had talked with SC about "merging" them...

At least I thought I read that, somewhere, recently, at some time, some where....:mad:

I have a couple 1057's available at the old price. Ron found some cores and built them for me.
