I hope this does not develop into a bigger problem but:

two days ago i started the beast up cold and it shuttered like a mofo turning over a few times with the lights flickering off and on, and then nothing. I tried again and it started fine, so i thought nothing of it.

So this morning i started it and got more of what i experienced the other day but it spat a p0191 code, and it wouldnt start for a good 5 minuites.

I wonder if anyone has experienced this before? I am still learning this wonderful truck, and still going through some growing pains learning the ropes.

So far in the past 67k miles since last may i only went through a waterpump and a compressor for the refrigeration unit (i usually go through 1 a year on all my vehicles).

thank you guys for a wonderful site, info and all your support.

plugged nicktane filter.....
problem solved
i guess 1200+ miles a week and filtering fuel at 1 micron really fills that thing up quick ):h

do you fill it with a transfer tank on your own?

You may have just had one bad tank of fuel. If the problem comes back soon then drop the tank and have it thoroughly cleaned out, otherwise change it every other oil change.
