setting up larger fuel cooler

Just wanted to pick some brains about setting up a larger fuel cooler on the rteturn line into the tank. just wanted to see fitting sizes etc...if anyone (im sure has) done this.

I figure whilst i install my in-tank pickup and lift pump i might as well do this too.
