slow revving duramax

please help i have an 01 duramax that acts like its not getting fuel. i have replaced the air dog the injector pump injectors computer maf sensor and still nothing. it revs real slow i need the truck bad any ideas?

Ya, if it's not the air filter, I'd bet it's in safe mode for whatever reason.

it has no stock fuel filter. the air filter is a brand new dry filter. its not safe mode. ive had it in safe mode before this is different it will get up to 100 mph just takes it a few. when it was in safe mode 25 mph was tops. acts like the maf is messing up but i just put one on yesterday and it didnt help. no codes and it doesnt smoke knock or anything. ive hooked up the snap on scanner several times. the only codes that are there are glow plug relay codes. im stuck i need the truck to go out of town and work tuesday morning.

If I had to guess, I'd say you're MAF limited for one reason or another (even though replacing it didn't help). Have you recently moved the position of the sensor?

a friend of mine is hooking it up tomorrow we have concluded the same thing about the maf it hasnt been moved but my buddies pullin truck did the same thing we went in with efi and found the maf tables all messed up were thinking maybe this truck did the same thing. we still dont know what caused his truck to do it either.

There are several different fueling tables for " Safe Mode ". Let us know what you find.
