I sent Cindy and Donna a email last night but have not heard back from them, i also sent Blacky a PM, he responded but now he is logged off EFI forum and has not logged back on. Who or what do i need to do to get ahold of someone over there at EFI ASAP???
I purchased 2 licenses last night and entered the wrong authorization code.......EFI charged me for the licenses but they wont send them because of the mistake i made on the authorization code. I need the licenses ASAP. I have 2 customers waiting and i cant get answers or help from EFI.
