straight piped the work van

99 2500 express van with a 5.7. Came stock with 2 cats. Did a job for the muffler shop owner the other day and he asked what is this going to cost me, or better yet what do you need done? Told him the van isn't loud enough.

Dual straight pipes from the cats back. Its loud now. :).

At start up just has a rumble, as it idles down a little you can hardly tell anything is different. But step on it and its obvious.

Too bad its as slow as cold molasses

awesome, im putting in a x-pipe and making mine true dual with an extra tailpipe. Its already got exelbrock shorties on it. LOL, *CLANK*, sounds like it needs a balance tube or x-pipe somewhere :thumb:

ill post a vid when it gets done, im curious to see how the 6.0litre sounds

btw, NEVER put electric fans on a van :(
