Factory Center Cap Question

Dose anyone know if the factory center caps from the "90's" body sytle will fit a 2002? The style with the black screw on lug nut caps..

Ive switched around a few, 1998 van on 2007 truck wheels, 2002 van on 2004 truck, etc.

I currently run the black smooth style from a 98' on my 04' after I painted the OEM wheels black... I like the look...
