76 mm turbo

So how could I rebuild this turbo and could I make a twin kit with it and the stock turbo?? The person I bought it from Said it is a 76 mm and 5 inch hot and cold sides.

I know it has m11 on it and A/R .95 and A.C.C. On the plate has 5102353 and JL0376. It's made by AiReasearch

First thing I'd try is to call Garrett directly, surely they could figure something out by they serial number. What did it come off of?

Garrett made AiResearcher Corret?? And I have no clue my cousin got it from his friend who was gonna put it on his cummins but ended up not doing it.
