Hey yall do these trucks(04.5 LLY) have a fuel/water seaperator, if so where would it be and how would i go about draining it? i sure dont want to *uck it up cause i dont want water in my fuel and sure as hell dont want AIR. just thought id pick yalls brains a bit. thanks.

JamesThe fuel filter is the water separator.
The drain is on the bottom next to the wires. Turn it 45° (or 180°, can't remember) and it will drain any water. You may need to press the primmer a couple of times to get it to drain. Use a glass to catch the water/fuel to see how much was in the system and to be sure you got all the water out. I change my filters twice a year. I never had to drain any water yet.

jcI tried this yesterday.
It took about three or four turns of the drain valve to get fuel to run out. I did use the prime pump. Loosing the fuel tank cap may help too.
