Not sure if it is okay to post this guys....I bought a RDS tool box/aux 51 gallon diesel fuel tank today off of Craigslist today. WOOHOO!! quite the deal I must add. Anyhow, the combo came with a 13GPM diesel fuel dispensing pump, electrical wires, hose with a quik-disconnect and dispensing handle as well. I have not tested it personally, but I was told by the owner that he had just removed it from his Dmax in working order. I will be removing the pump and plugging the 1" threaded hole it leaves behind with a plug. Anyone interested ? $130 + shipping ? PM me with your responses. Shipping is TBD depending on where you live.

I'm interested. What kind/length of pickup is on the bottom? Does it look like it could be retrofitted to fit a 55 gallon drum? Also could I pay you for it and you could hang on to it until the week of July 28, when I have a trip up there planned? Let me know what works.

Not sure of the kind/length of the pick-up. I still need to remove it from the transfer tank later today. I will send you the info as soon as I can. The brand is "Tuthill" Flow-Rite 12 volt three wire 21 lbs. The same pump can be seen at Northern Tool website. The bung welded into the transfer tank is 2-1/4" I.D. (I need to go out and find a plug before I can remove it so that contaminants don't get into the tank). It looks like it may directly thread onto a metal barrel or at least retro-fitted to attach. The dispensing hose is like 5ft. long and it has a quik-connect fitting so that it can be removed from the pump when not in use. Send me your e-mail for pics if needed to clarify details. I don't have any probs. with pre-payment and I can hold it for you too.
Thanks,

Steve

Steve,
Sounds good. You should be able to fill that hole with a 2" plug. They measure pretty close to 2 1/4" so that should work for ya. Send pics to mkbgrass@cox.net and we will work something out.

Yeah you were correct about the plug size. How's the bio project progressing? BTW you've got e-mail (and pics):thumb:

Cool, I just wish that I could get a reliable source for the waste oil. I have not had any luck so far in my ventures. I will keep it up. Seems like the good ones are already taken by others. I'll keep on trying:Handshake:

Don't be afraid of the mexican food places. They are usually pretty good and one of my small ones is good for 60 gallons/month. I also have a guy on the line right froma chinese buffet style place that is using over 200 gal./month. If that one goes through it's going to be way too much so I am going to try and sell it just as WVO. He gave me 5 gallons and it seems to work well in small batches. Just need my processor!!!!
