Default so i've quit smoking

so i was sick for 2 weeks w/ a bad sinus infection and i couldn't smoke cause i couldn't breathe, been doing pretty well so far or at least i think so, i allowed myself one at the end of the night, then a half, then none till the headaches went away..........tonight they came back,

pulled the motor out of my old 93 tonight, it sucked, came home and found that my wife is a pushover and let all the little cousins spend the night, 7 kids!!!!! still not smokin

Nice work! As a former smoker, who quit many times I truly believe that when you finally decide to quit, that you will no matter what your method is. When I finally quit, I did it cold turkey.

Only advice is take one day at a time. I just got up each morning and said "I'm not going to smoke TODAY."

Whenever I felt "the urge" I would take deep breaths to stretch out the lungs, (like when you take a nice drag) and KEEP YOURSELF BUSY!

Hope this helps, and keep up the good work. You'll be glad you did.

First post on this forum! Congrats to you for quiting! I quit a little over a month ago,(smoking and chewing) cold turkey. Found out a week after I quit that I was gonna be a "Dad" that was my motivation to stick with it. Good luck to you on sticking with it! In another 2 weeks it will be a lot easier.

Congrats fella!!! I too am in that same quit boat. After this past sunday of about passing out from not bein able to breathe, I decidided to quit. Couldnt breathe due to the heat, rushin around, and fighting a fire. Since sunday I have bought 2 packs. I even switched to lights instead or full flavor. Making a pack last me 2 days. Problem is staying busy enough to keep my mind off of it. Works slow which isnt helping any.

Thanks guys. I usually hang out on DF and DD, sometimes DP(as D-MAX Mafia)but came over here after seeing the link on RDL's web site. Decided to switch up the name too, its a joke between my friends and fiance.
